It’s a pleasure to be working with you and thanks for your candor
during our first meeting regarding things that would improve the
overall quality of our future meetings.

In keeping with that discussion, I’ve attached Phase One of a blueprint
to do a thorough analysis of each of your businesses and personal
objectives with the intention of giving you individual time to
present/discuss and gain further support for good outcomes.

I’m still considering how to organize our meeting time in this
regard but will discuss with you in our next meeting.
