Pre-meeting w/Taras:
Scheduled Erin=92s review combined with her G&O=92s after Taras
consulting with Bridie
Taras re: Erin =96 will get her to grow over next 3-4 years
says she won=92t let him help her =96 only father time can help her
wants to do:
pull Erin away from day-to-day over next two years
lead the business not managing the people
ideal for him =96 wants his hands in the business
Ideal size to make company stable at $2-2 =BD mil before selling
Joint meeting:
Taras states he wants to be more involved; doesn=92t want to run
projects
Erin =96 responds re: last project he led and how it reflected poorly on
dd+p brand
No real concrete description of T=92s involvement going forward
But wants to meet with Erin/Bridie regularly
Erin responds asking what involvement he wants
Taras states it=92s about staying close to the company/keeping track of
staff
Taras reiterates getting her moving away from day to day and project
management =96 give her time to look at company as a whole
discussed her =91understudy=92 and other staff hires
Erin needs to cultivate someone to fit between Erin herself and her staff
=96 so she can better lead
she indicates that person would be Eleni
Other hires and needs to hire discussed =96

Discussed Perry =96 might or might not make it due to his lack of
leadership skills and overall hunger/ambition
Erin not concerned about his loss if it happens =96 he will not be
elevated
Taras will meet with Erin re: profit/loss need to know
Taras wants to meet with Bridie re: Erin=92s comments about her not wanting
to
continue with current financial strains (her opinion)
All agreed that RACI/client management issues resolved.
